If you have already placed an order, you can generally find information about the status, as well as manage various aspects of the order under My Account -> Orders.
How to Check on the Status of an Existing Order
To check on the status of an existing order, ensure that you are logged into to the Wholesale Portal, and perform the following steps -
- Navigate to My Account, and then select Orders -
- From the orders overview page, looked at the Hatch Date column for your order. This is the when your order will ship -
This Hatch Date field is connected directly with our order management systems. The order's Status and Hatch Date information is the most accurate information you can find regarding your order.
