If you ordered sexed chicks per our guarantee, and it turns out you have a male (sexing if generally about 90% accurate), you can create a mis-sexing report in the Wholesale Portal. This allows you to potentially receive a refund for any mis-sexed birds. Order are generally eligible for a mis-sexing report starting 10 weeks after shipment, and up to 18 weeks after shipment.

How to Create a Mis-Sexing Report on your Wholesale Order
- Ensure that you are logged into the Wholesale Portal and go to My Account.
- From your My Account page, select the Orders tab.
- Form the Orders screen, you will see the orders that you have places in the Wholesale Portal. Orders eligible for a mis-sexing report (generally at least 10 weeks old based on the hatch date, but less than 18 weeks old) will have a "Mis-Sexing Report" button in the Order Management column Click the Mis-Sexing Report button, and you will be taken to a report form.
- Complete the Mis-Sexing Report form by entering in the number of correctly sexed birds you have from the sexed breeds you ordered. We ask for the number of correctly sexed birds because we often include a few extras to ensure that you receive at least the number that you ordered. Once you've entered this correctly sexed count, click Next.
- The next screen offers the Mis-Sexing Resolution per our guarantees. If eligible for a refund, you can select to receive one here. Verify that the claim is true and correct, and that you understand you can only submit one report per order, then click "Submit Report".
- Once we receive your claim, we will verify the information and follow up with you if necessary. If a refund is applicable we will generally process that within 5-7 business days.
