You can create a loss report on the Wholesale Portal by going to My Account, and then to Orders when you are logged into the Wholesale Portal. Loss Reports are available to eligible orders within are guarantee timeframe (generally about 7 days after shipment).

How to Create a Loss Report on your Wholesale Order
- Ensure that you are logged into the Wholesale Portal and go to My Account.
- From your My Account page, select the Orders tab.
- From the Orders screen, you will see the list of your Wholesale orders. Any orders eligible for loss / DOA claim will have a "Loss Report" button in the Order Management Column. Generally, orders are eligible for a Loss Report for up to 7 days after shipment. Click on the Loss Report button.
- On the next screen, you will submit your "Live Count". This is the number of live, healthy chicks you have for each breed on your order. It is important to count the number of live chicks, as we normally included a few extras to ensure that you receive at least the number on your order. Enter the number of live, healthy chicks you have for each breed, then click Next.
- The next screen contains a summary of your loss report, and the available resolution option(s). You can request a refund, or a reshipment option may be available on eligible orders. Please note that these resolution options do not guarantee a refund or reshipment. Select your desired resolution, and certify that the report is accurate in the checkbox, and then click Submit Report.
- Once you have submitted your loss report, we will follow up with you (normally via email) to resolve the concern.
