You can quickly and easily cancel your order on the Wholesale Portal. To do this, navigate to My Account, then to Orders. Here, you will see a list of your orders. Any eligible orders will have a "Cancel Order" button in the Manage Order column. An order is generally eligible for online cancellation up to 4 days prior to the hatch / shipping date.
Cancelling your order in the wholesale portal
To cancel your order in the Wholesale Portal -
- Ensure that you are logged in, and go to My Account -> Orders.
- Eligible orders will have a "Cancel Order" button in the Manage Order column. Click the Cancel Order button, and you will be taken to a cancellation form.
- Complete the cancellation form by giving us a brief reason and optional note for the cancellation, and also verifying that you understand a cancellation fee may apply. Click "Cancel Order" , and your order will be cancelled in our system.
- Once the order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation normally in about 3-5 minutes. We will verify your cancellation and process any applicable refund in about 5-7 business days.
